RECREATION PASS:

Residents are entitled to one Recreation Pass per household PLUS passes for children 12 years of age (at the request of parents). Additionally, we have made these forms fillable and available below so that they may be completed online and emailed to shannon_watson@hotmail.com. The deadline for submitting your pass application is Friday, May 14. The combination to the tennis courts will appear on the right front-hand side of your pass. We have done this in an effort to reduce paper and decrease processing times. Once you have received your pass, guard it carefully, as replacement passes will be issued for a fee of $5 per pass.

The Mews will no longer deliver your passes to your door. All passes will be available at the lifeguard stand in the pass box under the "completed" file. When you first come to the pool to sign in, you will retrieve your pass, show it to the lifeguard, and then take it with you or place it in the "active" pass file. If you are an absentee owner or have a special need, the Committee will work with you to accommodate those needs.

ATTENTION RENTERS:

Tenants of absentee Co-Owners are entitled to one Recreation Pass per household PLUS passes for children 12 years of age (at the request of parents). Please complete the application and list residents eligible for a pass, as well as the name of the owner of the unit, and mail to: Shannon Watson, Chairman, Recreation Committee, 4632 S. 34th Street, Arlington VA 22206. Also please enclose the face page of a utility bill (telephone, cable, electric) that has your name and address on it.

POOL:

The Fairlington Mews Pool is a private pool for the enjoyment and recreational activity of Mews residents and their accompanied guests. There is no fee for guests. The Mews Pool will open for the season on Saturday, May 29th (Memorial Day Weekend).
  • You must present your pool pass and sign in for each visit.

  • Do not allow unaccompanied guests to use our pool.

  • For parties (more than 6 guests), you must make arrangements in advance with the recreation Committee. See the Parties section for details on procedure.

  • Please be sure to read the pool rules carefully.

  • For children under 12 (both residents & guests), see the Children section for special procedures regarding deep-end swimming and unaccompanied visits.

The pool is for all, so please be courteous to your fellow residents and lifeguards while enjoying it this season. Thank you.
