Tom's Garden - Spring Plantings
IMG_0865

A well - established planting of bleeding heart (Dicentra) which has grown from one plant. It has freely seeded itself, creating a colorful spring display. Bleeding hearts turn yellow and go dormant when summer weather sets in, so it's important to remember where they are in order not to disturb them when planting summer annuals. A bright red primrose accents the pink bleeding hearts!
