This year, there are two open seats on the Board of Directors. One position is for 3 years and the other is for 1 year to complete Rob Stewart’s term. Current Board member Seth Low is running once again along with Ben Marglin new owner to the community. Please see the attached candidate statement for Mr. Marglin. Nominations will be accepted at the meeting. Additionally, the Board invites co-owners to serve on its following committees: Landscaping, Recreation, and Communications. Information will be provided about committees at the Annual Meeting.
Enclosed are a proxy and an addressed, stamped envelope to
return your proxy to Legum & Norman no later than Monday, June 21. Also enclosed is the
proposed budget for fiscal year 2005 and the 2003 Annual Meeting Minutes for
your review.
It is important that
the attached proxy be submitted to obtain a quorum for this meeting. If you do not plan to attend, you may forward
your proxy to a court representative, Board member, co-owner, or to Legum &
Norman no later than Monday, June 21. Your proxy will not be valid unless completed with all information including your
name, address, date, signature, and a witness signature and address.
Non-resident owners:
Your participation is
critical as the percentage of non-resident owners is approximately 30%, placing
significant pressure on resident owners to produce a 50% quorum. Please send your proxy for quorum purposes if
you do not plan to attend the meeting.
For those co-owners
holding more than one proxy, kindly arrive at 7:00PM. Thank you for your cooperation and
assistance.
