Important Notice: Change Of Mailing Address for Assessment Payments - Updated
Effective January 1, 2017, your assessment payments should be mailed to the address listed below. Please do not include correspondence or any other items with your payment. Any correspondence other than assessment payments should be sent directly to Cardinal Management Group's office in Woodbridge Virginia.
Assessment Payment Address
c/o Cardinal Management Group, Inc.
P.O. Box 52358
Phoenix, AZ 85072-2358
If you are enrolled in direct debit where the assessment is automatically pulled from your bank account each month, no action is necessary. The direct debit information rolled over to the new bank serving the Association, including the updated assessment information for 2017. The assessment amount information for 2017 is listed below.
2017 Monthly Condominium Fees
If you use a bill pay service through your bank to issue the assessment check each month, you will need to update the remittance address above and the assessment amount. Be sure your account number is included in the memo field to ensure your account is credited properly.
There has been a delay in producing the assessment payment coupon books for 2017 due to a change in the bank that will be used by the Association. You may send your payment to the address above or wait for the coupons to arrive in the mail. If you have already sent your payment to the PO Box in Philadelphia, it will still be processed this month. You can also submit your payment to the Cardinal Management Group office in Woodbridge, VA at any time. Late fees for the January assessment payment will be waived due to the delay in distributing the coupon books. Please contact the Fairlington Commons Accounting Representative, Aneta Johnson, with any account-related questions. Thank you for your patience as we transition to the new bank.

To sign up for Commons Alerts, please enter your name and e-mail address on the Commons Alerts Page (Link Below). You will then receive a confirmation e-mail that you will need to respond to in order to be signed up for this free service.
You can unsubscribe at anytime. Your e-mail address will not be shared. If you don't have a personal e-mail account, several online sites provide one free of charge.
