Regular Meetings of the Fairlington Commons Board of Directors are held in the Fairlington Community Center at 7:15 PM on the first Tuesday of each month, uless announced otherwise.

WINTER STORM DAMAGE REPORTING

Please PROMPTLY report any winter storm damage to our Service Coordinator, Eric Pamer at commonsservice@hotmail.com or 703-379-0027,
or in writing/in person at 3363A S. Wakefield St.

The Commons is meeting with a Nationwide Insurance adjuster Tuesday, February 23rd and will need a complete list of damage by then. The adjuster will need to examine all building damage at the time of his visit, so it is imperative that you report any damage and its location promptly.

Please pay special attention to gutter damage. Examples:

  • Porch gutter bent 33xx S. Wakefield St.
  • Rear gutter and wood trim down 46yy - 46zz S. 34th St.
