The board of directors is pleased to announce that, as of August 1, 2005, Community Liaison Arnie Malin is on the job.  Arnie has been hired as the independent contractor that the community agreed to hire during the 2005 budget meeting held last December.  The Community Liaison will be working as an ombudsman for the community and as a link between the board, co-owners and residents, and service providers.

Arnie will be the primary point of contact for all maintenance and enforcement requests.

In the Spring , the board issued parking pass applications and detailed copies of the parking policies to every co-owner and resident in the Commons.  All of the parking policies went into effect at that time and,

unfortunately, several violations have been written and cars have been towed.  This has not solved the problem as effectively as was hoped.

Due to continuing violations, the board has

authorized A-1 Towing to remove violators after 7:00 each evening.

Make sure that your parking tag is visible.  If it is not, or, if you do not have a tag, remove your car from Commons’ parking lots or it will be towed.
