personally touched by a very important looking document I received in the mail from two of our younger residents, Maya and Talia O’Brien.  Maya and Talia colored pictures and sent a card thanking us for the hard work on the tot lot.  I am glad we could please our youngest critics!

With the installation of Arnie Malin as our community liaison, your maintenance requests and other issues will be handled in an expeditious manner and he will continue to follow up on the status of projects throughout the community. 

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing to tell you that my wife, Jessica, and I are moving from Fairlington Commons this Fall.  We have lived here for four years and I have had the privilege of serving on the board for three of those years, two as President.  We are moving over in the Shirlington area, so we will still be around as guests for community functions in the future.

Long before me and during my tenure, we have had a good team on the board and we have all worked very hard over the past years to respond to the changing demographics of

the Commons and to institute new ideas to be more responsive to the community.  You have all seen the results of these efforts in the various community-building activities at our Circle of Excellence, as well as the

 

 

 

 

 

 

erection of the doggie depots and the renovated tot lot, just to name a couple of accomplishments.  I was

This is a reminder to all Commons co-owners and residents that a parking tag is required to park in any of the Commons parking lots.  Any vehicle parked in a lot that does not have a tag hanging from the rearview mirror or

otherwise prominently displayed is in peril of being towed.

South Wakefield, Utah, and 34th Streets are Arlington County public streets.  County and state laws govern parking on those streets.  A Fairlington Commons Parking Tag is only required if you park in our parking lots.
