Contact Names and Numbers
  • The Fairlington Historic District is divided into seven (7) separate condominium associations, each with its own Board of Directors and association living rules.
    (NOTE: There is no central office in Fairlington for sales and rentals, nor do any of the individual condominium associations have their own sale/rental office.)

  • Prospective buyers and new co-owners have five major contact areas as sources of information regarding the Fairlington Community. These include:

    (1) Condo Association Boards of Directors;
    (2) Property Managers;
    (3) Committee Chairs;
    (4) Condo Association web sites; and
    (5) Realtors familiar with Fairlington.

  • Contact information (i.e., phone numbers, email addresses) for Condo Association Board members and Committee Chairs are generally found on the individual association web sites and/or in their newsletters (which are also reproduced or linked on the Fairlington Historic District web site in addition to the individual association web sites). Check out the Community Page on this site for links to associations and their newsletters.
