RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/30/2004, 1400 block of Lee Hwy., Sometime between 1200hrs on 09/27/04 and 2130hrs on 09/29/04, unknown subject(s) entered a hotel room and stole a suit. There were no signs of forced entry.
ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/29/2004, 1301 S. Scott St., Sometime between 0700hrs and 2200hrs on 09/28/04, unknown subject(s) attempted to gain entry into an apartment by picking the lock on the door.
SEXUAL BATTERY 9/28/2004, 4500 blk Fairfax Dr., On 09/28/04, at 1907hrs, the victim, a 26yo female, was walking when an unknown male subject knocked her to the ground and grabbed her genital area and breasts through her clothing. The victim screamed and the subject ran away. The subject was described as a WHM, 5'10", 180lbs, dark hair, medium complexion wearing a baseball cap, white T-shirt and dark shorts.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/27/2004, 4200 block of N 2nd Rd., Sometime between 0730hrs and 1430hrs on 09/27/04, unknown subject(s) forced entry into an apartment through a window and stole 7 pairs of shoes, 3 basketball jerseys, and 4 baseball caps.
ATTEMPTED MALICIOUS WOUNDING 9/26/2004, 2000 block of S. Lincoln St., On 09/26/04, at 2312hrs, the victim, a 29yo female, walked outside of her house after arguing with her ex-boyfriend. Shortly thereafter, a vehicle stopped in front of the victim's house and Subject #1, the ex-boyfriend's sister, got out and confronted the victim. Subject #1 then returned to the vehicle. As the vehicle drove away, another passenger (Subject #2) began shooting a gun in the direction of the victim. No one was injured.
Subject #1 was described as a BF, 18yo, 5'3", 135lbs, brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion. Subject #2 was later identified and a juvenile petition was issued for his arrest. Because he is a juvenile, his identity is being withheld. Subject #3, who was driving the suspect vehicle, was described as a BM with black hair and a light complexion. The suspect vehicle was a silver 2002 Ford Explorer. It was recovered in Alexandria shortly after the incident.
INDECENT EXPOSURE 9/26/2004, 3800 block of Columbia Pike, On 09/26/04, at 2247hrs, officers responded for a report of a naked male subject walking along Columbia Pike. Earle A. Haney, 48, of the 3800 block of Columbia Pike was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/25/2004, 1100 block of S. 23rd St., Sometime between 1930hrs on 09/22/04 and 1300hrs on 09/25/04, unknown subject(s) entered a residence and stole a stereo, tool box and approximately 70 CDs. There were no signs of forced entry.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY 9/25/2004, 3600 N. Harrison St., Sometime between 1500hrs on 09/24/04 and 0110hrs on 09/25/04, unknown subject(s) forced entry into Williamsburg M.S. through a door. Nothing appeared to be missing.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING/BURGLARY 9/23/2004, 6000 block of Wilson Blvd., On 09/23/04, at 0056hrs, the victim, a 35yo female, was at home when her ex-husband forced entry into the house. After an ensuing argument, the ex-husband stabbed the victim in the chest. The victim received medical treatment for her injuries at a local hospital. Marco Tulio Dubon-Romero, 36, of the 4700 block of Hudson Avenue in Suitland, MD was arrested in Prince George's County, Maryland and is charged with malicious wounding and burglary. He is awaiting extradition to Virginia.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/22/2004, 900 block of S. Buchanan St., Sometime between 1830hrs on 09/20/04 and 1900hrs on 09/21/04, unknown subject(s) entered an apartment and stole a Sony Playstation 2 game console. There were no signs of forced entry.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING 9/22/2004, 2700 block of Nelson St., On 09/22/04, at 1000hrs, the victim, a 41yo male, confronted a subject that he observed tampering with a bicycle. The subject picked up two rocks and threw them at the victim. One of the rocks struck the victim in the head. The subject was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Upon seeing responding officers, the subject fled on foot and escaped. The subject is described as a WHM, 25-35, 5'7", 145lbs, black hair, brown eyes, wearing black pants and no shirt.
ARMED ROBBERY/MALICIOUS WOUNDING 9/21/2004, 1200 block of S. George Mason Dr., On 09/21/04, at 2236hrs, the victim, a 19yo male, was walking along S. George Mason Drive when a vehicle occupied by three subjects stopped near him. The subjects got out of the vehicle and approached the victim. Subject #1 confronted the victim and asked him if he was in a gang. The victim replied that he wasn't and began to walk away from the subjects. Subject #1 then struck the victim on the head with a bat. All three subjects then began to hit the victim. The victim attempted to fight back. During the struggle, one of the subjects stabbed the victim. A passing vehicle caused the subjects to flee the scene on foot. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Subject #1 was described as a WHM, 21, 5'5", 130lbs, brown eyes, black hair, wearing a black and white plaid button-down shirt and khaki pants. Subject #2 was described as a WHM, 18, 5'3", 200lbs, brown eyes, bald, wearing a black "Dickie's" shirt. Subject #3 was described as a WHM, 18, 5'3", 180lbs, brown eyes, black hair wearing a cream-colored, short-sleeved, button-down shirt.
ARMED ROBBERY 9/21/2004, 1500 block of S. George Mason Dr., On 09/21/04, at 2205hrs, the victim, a 36yo female, was getting out of her vehicle in front of her apartment when an unknown subject approached her, produced a handgun and demanded her purse. The subject then grabbed the victim's purse and ran to a waiting pickup truck. The victim ran after the subject screaming.
An officer in an unmarked vehicle was stopped for a red light at the intersection of George Mason Dr. and S. Four Mile Run Dr. and noticed the waiting pickup truck and a second subject in the driver's seat. As he was watching the vehicle, Subject #1 ran and jumped into the truck and the truck sped away. The officer followed the truck, and when marked units attempted to stop it, it fled into D.C. Officers pursued the truck. At some point, Subject #1 jumped from the vehicle. He was not apprehended. Subject #2 drove the truck to a dead-end and attempted to flee on foot, but was apprehended by an Arlington officer.
Subject #1 was described as WM, 25, 5'07", 160lbs wearing a gray hooded coat, red hat and blue jeans. Subject #2 was identified as Allen Brady Weaver, 35, of the 7200 block of Sheila Turn in Clinton, MD. Weaver was arrested, charged with robbery, and is currently being held in D.C. pending extradition to Arlington.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY 9/18/2004, 2300 block of N. 14th St., Between 2350hrs on 09/17/04 and 0009hrs on 09/18/04, unknown subject(s) broke the side view mirror on at least seven vehicles. A witness saw a group of white or Hispanic males on bicycles in the area just prior to discovering the damage to the vehicles.
ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/18/2004, 3600 block of N. Abingdon St., Sometime between 2200hrs on 09/17/04 and 1400hrs on 09/18/04, unknown subject(s) attempted to force entry into a residence through a door.
MISSING JUVENILE 9/17/2004, 5200 block of N. 11th St., On 09/17/04, at 1830hrs, officers responded for a report of a missing 5yo boy. The boy was reported missing while playing at a friend's house. The boy was located unharmed at a neighbor's house. No criminal activity is suspected.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY 9/17/2004, 4500 block of Lee Hwy., Sometime between 1930hrs on 09/16/04 and 0830hrs on 09/17/04, unknown subject(s) forced entry into a store and stole an undisclosed amount of cash.
ARMED ROBBERY 9/17/2004, 4200 block of S. 13th Rd., On 09/17/04, at approximately 2300hrs, the victim, a 37yo male, was invited to drink beer with a group of four subjects in front of his apartment. When the victim approached the subjects, Subject #1 produced a handgun and threatened the victim. The other subjects then began to punch and kick the victim while Subject #1 grabbed a gold necklace from around the victim's neck.
Subject #1 was described as a WHM, 5'6", 180lbs, brown eyes, brown hair wearing a white T-shirt and loose-fitting blue jeans. The other subjects were described as white Hispanic males.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/16/2004, 2000 block of N. Nelson St., Sometime between 1600hrs on 09/15/04 and 1330hrs on 09/16/04, unknown subject(s) forced entry into an apartment that was under construction and stole a refrigerator.
PEEPING 9/16/2004, 2700 block of S. Veitch St., On 09/16/04, at 0107hrs, the victims, both females in their early 20's, were inside an apartment when a neighbor observed an unknown subject peeping into the victims' windows. Upon arrival, officers located and arrested the subject. Dagoverio Lopez Medrano, 35, of no fixed address, was charged with peeping, was held in lieu of $1,500 bond at the Arlington County Detention Facility.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/15/2004, 3400 block of S. 7th St., Sometime between 0530hrs on 09/03/04 and 1000hrs on 09/15/04, unknown subject(s) forced entry into a porch through a window and rummaged through items stored there. Nothing appeared to be missing.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING 9/15/2004, 4300 block of N. 4th St., On 09/14/04, at 0050hrs, the victim, a 29yo male, was walking home when he was approached by two subjects. Subject #1 was carrying a large stick, and, for reasons unknown, struck the victim on the head with the stick. Subject #2 then punched the victim in the head. The subjects fled the scene prior to the arrival of police. The victim received non-life-threatening injuries.
After responding to the scene and investigating the incident, officers located the subjects in a nearby apartment. Subject #1 was identified as William Germal Hunter, 22, of the 15700 block of Silent Tree Lane in Woodbridge. Subject #2 was identified as Erick A. Arias, 22, of the 4100 block of N. 3rd Road in Arlington. Both subjects were arrested, charged with malicious wounding, and were held without bond in the Arlington County Detention Facility.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING 9/15/2004, 1400 block of S. George Mason Dr., On 09/15/04, at 0400hrs, the victim, a 27yo male, was walking behind some apartment buildings when he ran into three subjects known to him. The victim and the subjects began to argue and two of the subjects held the victim down while a third cut the victim's cheek with a knife. The victim was treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and released. All three subjects were described as males between the ages of 18 and 25.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/14/2004, 4100 block of S. Four Mile Run Dr., Sometime between 0100hrs on 09/13/04 and 0630hrs on 09/14/04, unknown subject(s) forced entry into an apartment through a window and stole a stereo, a CD, a computer and a rechargeable razor.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/14/2004, 3500 block of Kemper Rd., Sometime between 0730hrs and 1043hrs on 09/14/04, unknown subject(s) forced entry into a residence through a window and stole a Sony Playstation console, 10 Playstation video games, 20 DVDs, and 2 pairs of sneakers.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY 9/14/2004, 4300 block of Wilson Blvd., Sometime between 0640hrs and 0659hrs on 09/14/04, a subject entered an office suite and stole 6 laptop computers. Witnesses observed an unknown subject in the suite just prior to discovering the missing computers. The subject was described as a BM, 5'10"-6'0", black hair, wearing a green and white hat, puffy black jacket, dark jeans and glasses.
ARMED ROBBERY 9/14/2004, 5500 block of Columbia Pike, 0n 09/14/04, at 2044hrs, the victim, a 31yo male, was working at a gas station mini-mart when two masked subjects entered the store, produced handguns and demanded that the victim give them money. After the victim gave the subjects an undisclosed amount of cash, they fled the store on foot. They were last seen running north on S. Greenbrier St. from Columbia Pike. Both subjects were described as BMs, 5'10"-5'11", 140-150lbs, brown hair, medium complexion wearing black ski masks, gray/tan shirts, black gloves and blue jeans.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/13/2004, 700 block of S. 26th Pl., Sometime between 1000hrs on 09/09/04 and 1400hrs on 09/13/04, unknown subject(s) forced entry into the house through a window and stole an undisclosed amount of money.
INDECENT EXPOSURE 9/13/2004, 6100 block of Wilson Blvd., On 09/11/04, at 1750hrs, the victim, a 9yo girl, looked out her apartment window and observed a subject in the window of another apartment looking at her. The subject's genitalia was exposed, and he was masturbating. The victim notified her mother who then looked out the window. Upon seeing the victim's mother, the subject closed his blinds. The subject was identified, but the mother of the victim did not want to prosecute.
STOLEN/RECOVERED AUTO 9/13/2004, 2700 block of S. 24th Rd., On 09/13/04, at 0040hrs, an off-duty Arlington police officer observed a man, later identified as 26-year-old Dennis Lee Girard of Washington, D.C., attempting to steal a car. As the officer approached the vehicle on foot, a second man parked nearby, later identified as 19-year-old Eugene Antoine Kelly of Washington, D.C., shouted a warning and drove away. Upon being alerted, Girard fled the scene in the stolen vehicle.
An officer located Girard and began to follow him. After a short distance, Girard accelerated, ran a stop sign at the intersection of Shirlington Rd. and S. 24th St., and was struck by another officer responding to the call. The officer involved in the collision did not have a stop sign at the intersection. The officer following Girard had not activated his emergency equipment, and was not pursuing him at the time of the collision.
Kelly also was located a short distance away, but fled on foot. Officers searched the area with the assistance of a U.S. Park Police helicopter and Falls Church Police Department K-9 unit, but were unable to find Kelly. He was arrested by MPDC officers Monday morning, and is currently in their custody pending extradition to Arlington. Two additional stolen vehicles from Prince George's County were recovered at the time of Kelly's arrest.
Kelly is charged with three felonies: eluding, possession of stolen property and conspiracy to commit grand larceny auto. Girard is charged with two felonies: eluding and grand larceny auto. He is currently being held in Arlington on a $5,000 bond.
ROBBERY 9/12/2004, 4900 block of Columbia Pike, On 09/12/04, at 1559hrs, the victims, both 14yo males, were walking behind an apartment building when they were approached by two unknown subjects. The subjects accused the victims of throwing something at them. Subject #1 then pushed one of the victims and grabbed the victim's bandana. The subjects then approached the second victim, but both victims fled the scene.
Subject #1 was described as a WHM, 5'07", 220lbs, black hair, brown eyes, wearing a blue N.Y. Yankees T-shirt and blue jeans. Subject #2 was described as a WHM, 5'07", 160lbs, brown eyes, black hair, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/11/2004, 5200 block of S. 10th Pl., Sometime between 2200hrs on 09/09/04, and 0800hrs on 09/11/04, unknown subject(s) entered a house and stole numerous hand tools and a ladder. The house is being renovated and was not occupied.
SEXUAL ASSAULT 9/11/2004, 300 block of N. Thomas St., On 09/11/04, at 2245hrs, the victim, an 18yo female, was walking home when she was approached by an unknown subject. The subject began to speak to the victim, but the victim continued to walk home. The subject then ran up behind the victim and reached under the victim's skirt. The victim pushed the subject and ran away, but the subject caught her, and again reached under her skirt. The victim began screaming, which drew the attention of several bystanders. The bystanders then chased the subject, caught him and held him until police arrived. Mauricio Garcia-Jimenez, 30, of the 4300 block of Pershing Drive in Alrington, was arrested and charged with animate sexual penetration.
ROBBERY 9/9/2004, 1000 blk Arlington Blvd., At approximately 2214hrs on 09/09/04, the 20YO female victim was walking in a parking lot when a subject pushed her to the ground and took her purse. Witnesses nearby followed the subject as he fled on foot, and eventually he jumped from a parking deck and injured his ankle, thereby immobilizing himself. He was taken into custody by arriving police units and was transported to the hospital for treatment of his injuries. Arrested for Robbery: Steven R. Jones, 37YO, of Norfolk, VA.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY/DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY/MALICIOUS WOUNDING 9/8/2004, 1800 blk N. Quinn St/ 2600 blk Jefferson Davis Hwy., On 09/06/04 at approximately 2333hrs, units responded to the 2600 blk of Jefferson Davis Hwy for a fight in progress. A male subject and female subject assaulted a patron of the restaurant, punching, kicking, and striking him on the head with a chair. The male victim was treated at the hospital for his injuries, and the suspects fled the scene on a bicycle prior to police arrival. Later that evening, at 0222hrs on 09/07/04, units responded to the 1800 blk of N. Quinn St. for a fight/residential burglary in progress. A male subject and female subject forced their way into an apartment, damaged property, and assaulted one of the occupants. Officers located two subjects as they were leaving the area. Arrest warrants were obtained for both subjects in connection with both of these incidents. Arrested for Burglary with Intent to Assault, Malicious Wounding, and Destruction of Property: Charles A. Gross, 18, of No Fixed Address; Arrested for Burglary with Intent to Assault and Malicious Wounding: Sabrena D. Hunter, 19, of No Fixed Address.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/7/2004, 5200 blk S. 10th Pl., Between 2300hrs on 09/03/04 and 2300hrs on 09/07/04, unknown subject(s) entered the residence through a window and stole jewelry and money.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/7/2004, 1500 blk S. 12TH St., Between 1800hrs on 09/03/04 and 1830hrs on 09/07/04, unknown subject(s) entered a vacant residence by breaking a window. It appeared that the subject was living in the residence.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY 9/7/2004, 1200 blk N. Pierce St., At approximately 2233 hrs on 09/07/04, units responded to the 1200 blk of N. Pierce St. for a vandalism to auto in progress. The suspect was observed slashing vehicle tires, and was located by an officer nearby. Arrested for five counts of Destruction of Property and held on $3,000 bond: Gabriel A. Hernandez, 26YO, of Arlington.
ATTEMPT RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/5/2004, 3000 blk N. Quincy St., Between 08/22/04 and 09/05/04, unknown subject(s) attempted to enter the residence by prying a window.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/4/2004, 1400 blk S. 28th St., Between 2300hrs on 09/03/04 and 0244hrs on 09/04/04, unknown subject(s) entered the residence through a window. Nothing was missing from the residence at the time of the report.
TAMPERING WITH AUTO 9/3/2004, 2400 blk S. 27TH Ct., At approximately 0200hrs on 09/03/04, units responded to the parking garage located at 2410 S. 27th Ct. for a tampering with auto in progress. Officers located a suspect exiting a vehicle and took him into custody. Arrested for Petit Larceny and multiple counts of Tampering with Auto: Nicholas A. Bottorf, 18, of Arlington.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY 9/3/2004, 1200 blk N. Queen St., At approximately 0142 hrs on 09/03/04, units responded for a vandalism to auto in progress. The suspects, described as three WM, Hispanic, 25YO, slashed tires on eight vehicles and fled prior to police arrival.
ATTEMPT COMMERCIAL BURGLARY 9/2/2004, 200 blk S. 23rd St., Between 1830 hrs on 09/01/04 and 0730 hrs on 09/02/04, unknown subject(s) attempted to gain access to the business by prying open a rear door.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 9/2/2004, 5100 blk S. 8TH Rd., Between 2300hrs on 09/01/04 and 0530hrs on 09/02/04, unknown subject(s) entered the residence through an unlocked window and stole a computer.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 8/31/2004, 800 blk S. Oak St., Between 0100hrs and 0730hrs on 08/31/04, unknown subject(s) entered the residence via a rear door. Nothing appeared to be missing at the time of the report.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 8/31/2004, 1000 blk S. Dinwiddie St., Between 0100hrs and 0749hrs on 08/31/04, unknown subject(s) entered the residence via a ground floor window and stole a DVD player, stereo, and DVDs.
IMPERSONATING A POLICE OFFICER 8/27/2004, 3700 blk N. Fairfax Dr., At approximately 0645hrs on 08/24/04, the victim, a 51yo female, was stopped by an unknown male subject in an unmarked vehicle with emergency lights and a PA system installed behind the grill. The victim was suspicious of the stop, and called police. The subject drove away when he saw the victim on the phone. The suspect is described as a BM, late 40s/early 50s, wearing a straw hat and peach shirt. The vehicle is described as a navy blue Ford Crown Victoria w/ DC plates.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 8/26/2004, 3400 blk S. 25th St., Sometime between 2045hrs on 08/22/04 and 1915hrs on 08/26/04, unknown subject(s) entered a residence and removed clothing and jewelry. Entry was apparently made by climbing onto the balcony and entering through a sliding glass door.
EXPOSURE 8/26/2004, 5500 blk Columbia Pike, At approximately 0645hrs on 08/24/04, an unknown male subject was observed exposing himself in the foyer of an office building.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 8/26/2004, 800 blk S. Lincoln St., At approximately 0430hrs on 08/25/04, a construction worker staying overnight at a house under construction awoke to find an unknown male subject standing in the house. The subject fled when he saw the worker. Nothing was taken from the residence. The suspect is described as a WM, Hispanic, late 20s, approx. 5'8"-6'.
SEXUAL BATTERY 8/26/2004, 2400 blk N. Potomac St., At approximately 1845hrs, the victim, a 24yo female, was approached by an unknown male subject on a bike who slapped her on the buttocks as he rode by. The suspect was described as a WM, Hispanic, teens, approx. 5'4", wearing a blue t-shirt, dark shorts and a blue/gray helmet.
BURGLARY 8/25/2004, 1500 blk Arlington Blvd., Between 2100hrs and 2300hrs on 08/25/04, unknown subject(s) entered a guest's room and stole a garment bag containing clothing and medication.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 8/25/2004, 1100 blk S. Frederick St., Between 0700hrs and 1630hrs on 08/25/04, unknown subject(s) forced entry to the residence through a window. A television, telephone, collectible knives, and cash were stolen.
BANK ROBBERY 8/25/2004, 900 blk S. Army Navy Dr., At approximately 1120hrs on 08/25/04, a subject approached a teller at a bank in the 900 blk of S. Army Navy Dr. The subject passed a note, threatened the teller, and implied that he had a weapon. The subject took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled from the bank. Suspect description: WM, 28-35 YO, 5'07", 180#, green eyes, sunburned complexion, wearing a black baseball cap, black blazer over a purple t-shirt, gray pants, and tennis shoes.
ROBBERY 8/20/2004, 2700 blk S. Shirlington Rd., At approximately 1700hrs on 08/20/04, the 27YO male victim was waiting for a bus in the 2700 blk of S. Shirlington Rd. when two subjects, one armed with a knife, robbed him of his wallet. Suspect descriptions: #01, BM, 30-35 YO, 5'10", 200#, muscular build with loose cornrowed hair; #02, BM, 25-29 YO, 5'10", 160#, skinny build, head shaved bald.
ROBBERY 8/19/2004, 2800 block of S. Meade St., On 08/19/04, at midnight, the victim, a 24yo male, was at home when there was a knock at his door. Upon opening the door, four subjects, one of whom knows the victim, entered the apartment. After a confrontation, the subjects stole a video game console, a chieck, two video games, and miscellaneous personal items. The subjects then exited the house, got into a vehicle, and were last seen driving northbound on S. Glebe Rd.
Subject #1 is described as a WF, 5'8", 170lbs, blue eyes, blonde hair, wearing a blue sweater and jeans. FATAL ACCIDENT 8/22/2004, Arlington Blvd. at Glebe Rd., On 08/22/04, at approximately 0215hrs, officers responded to the scene of a pedestrian struck on Arlington Blvd. Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of an adult male in the middle lane of Arlington Blvd. The identity of the victim is not known and the accident is currently under investigation.

The subject was described as a BM, 20-30yo, 6'0", 200lbs, black hair, dark complexion, short hair, wearing a gray or white T-shirt and black knee length shorts.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 8/16/2004, 900 block of S. Glebe Rd., On 08/16/04, at 1045hrs, the victim, an 89yo male, returned home to find a subject at his back door. The subject asked for a glass of water. The victim allowed the subject into his house and gave him a glass of water. The subject then left the house, but, unbeknownst to the victim, the subject took the victim's car keys and car. The subject is described as a BM, 30-40yo, 6'0", 170lbs, brown eyes, black hair with a medium complexion. The stolen car is a 2000 Buick Century, blue, with VA registration YNL 4711.

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY 8/16/2004, 100 block of S. George Mason Drive, The victims, a 19yo male and a 21yo male, were walking south on S. George Mason Dr. when a vehicle pulled along side them. A passenger in the vehicle displayed a handgun and demanded that one of the victims remove his shirt. The victims ran away, and the vehicle drove away. The passenger was described as a WHM, bald, wearing a blue and white shirt.
ROBBERY 8/15/2004, 1400 block of S. 28th St., On 08/15/04, at 1150hrs, the victim, a 19yo, was sitting on the front steps of his apartment when he was approached by approximately 8 subjects. One of the subjects punched the subject in the face and stole a necklace from around the victim's neck. The subject then took the victim's wallet, and smashed the victim's cell phone. All of the subjects then fled the scene and entered a nearby building. The victim directed the officers to the apartment. After further investigation, Cesar Alexis Garcia-Lopez, 20, of the 3900 block of East Ocean View Avenue in Norfolk, VA, was arrested and charged with robbery.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING 7/1/2004, 3600 blk S. Four Mile Run Dr., At 2321hrs on 07/01/04, units responded to the 3600 blk of S. Four Mile Run Dr. for a stabbing. One subject was found suffering from multiple stab wounds. A second subject involved in the incident was found in a residence nearby. The subjects are known to each other, and the investigation is ongoing.
ROBBERY 7/1/2004, 1200 blk S. Monroe St., At 2240hrs on 07/01/04, the 28YO female victim was walking in the 1200 blk of S. Monroe St. when a subject exited a vehicle, grabbed her purse from her shoulder, and fled the scene. Suspect description: Male, race unknown, 5’9”, “skinny” build, wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and a black bandana around his forehead. Suspect vehicle description: 2dr black vehicle, possibly Honda.
