SHOOTING INTO AN OCCUPIED DWELLING, 12/20/2005, 4200 BLK S. Four Mile Run Drive, Between November 25th and December 20th, several BB gun shots were aimed at the victim’s residence. The victim stated he knows who is shooting at his residence and they have discussed the matter. The incidents continued and the police was notified. No one has been hurt during these incidents.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 12/20/2005, 3600 BLK Wilson Blvd, Between December 16th and December 19th, someone entered the office and stole a lap top computer. It is unknown how the suspect(s) gained entry, but several doors were found to have some type of damage to them. The office space is currently being renovated.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 12/20/2005, 1900 BLK N. Madison Street, Between December 19th at about 1600 hours and 0720 hours on December 20th, an unknown subject(s) entered the residence, which is under construction. The point of entry is unknown, but the front door was found unlocked. Taken was an air compressor.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 12/20/2005, 3100 BLK Arlington Blvd., Between December 17th and December 20th, an unknown subject(s) entered the residence, which is under construction, through a second story window. Various construction tools were taken.
ARMED ROBBERY, 12/19/2005, 2700 BLK S. Lang Street, On December 19th at about 0010 hours, the victim was at a restaurant in Alexandria. He took a cab home and was about to be dropped off at the rear parking lot of a local school, when the driver off the taxi cab, produced a knife and robbed the victim of an undisclosed amount of cash, after a brief struggle. The victim did not know the name of the taxi cab company and could only describe the driver (suspect) as a B/M about 27 YOA. During the robbery, the victim suffered a cut to the neck and hand.
ARSON, 12/18/2005, 1000 BLK S. Frederick Street, On December 18th at about 2207 hours, the police and fire department responded for a fire in the apartment. The investigation revealed that the suspect became upset that a resident had been removed earlier from the building. The suspect, who is mentally challenged, set fire to his bed and notified his counselor. The suspect was interviewed by the Fire Marshall and a warrant charging the suspect with arson was obtained. Arrested was a Mr. Joye Clifton, W/M, 35 YOA of Arlington, VA.
ARMED ROBBERY, 12/17/2005, 200 BLK N. Piedmont Street, On December 17th at approximately 2010 hours, two (2) males robbed the victim at gun point of an undisclosed amount of cash and phone cards. The victim was delivering the phone cards to an apartment when he was robbed. Suspect # 1 is described as a B/M in his 20’s, about 160 lbs and LSW a silver jacket, black ski hat and black jeans. Suspect #2 is described as an H/M in his 20’s, LSW a grey shirt and blue jeans.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING (CAUSTIC SUBSTANCE), 12/16/2005, 1300 BLK N. Quincy Street, On December 15th, a juvenile male approached another juvenile male with a caustic substance on his fingers and rubbed them onto the victim’s eyes causing the victim to be in pain. A petition for malicious wounding is being sought for the juvenile suspect.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 12/16/2005, 5200 BLK Lee Highway, Between 1400 hours on December 15th and 0605 hours on December 16th, an unknown subject(s) broke into a construction trailer. Entry was gained through a 4x4 window by breaking one pane of glass and unlocking the window. Various construction tools were stolen.
ARMED ROBBERY, 12/15/2005, 1300 BLK Wilson Blvd., On December 14th at about 2350 hours, an unknown male entered a local hotel and demanded money at knife point from three (3) employees. An undisclosed amount of money was taken... The suspect is described as a B/M, about 6’2, about 130 lbs, dark complexion and LSW a hooded grey sweatshirt, black casual pants and a black knit hat. Subject fled on foot.
ROBBERY, 12/14/2005, 600 BLK S. 18th Street, On December 14th at approximately 2320 hours, the victim was walking when two (2) subjects grabbed her purse and the gift bag she was carrying and ran. The victim was only able to describe the suspects as males, between 15-18 YOA, about 5’11 and between 150-160 lbs. Both were LSW dark clothing, dark stocking cap and “puffy” style jacket.
ARMED ROBBERY, 12/14/2005, 800 BLK N. Randolph Street, On December 14th at about 1202 hours, three (3) unknown males wearing ski masks, entered the a local store and robbed the store operator as well as a customer of an undisclosed amount of cash. All three (s) suspects are described as B/M’s in their 20’s, about 5’7- 5’9, approximately 150-190 lbs and all wearing black winter jackets, blue jeans, three hole ski mask, knit hat and winter gloves. All three displayed semi-automatic pistols.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 12/13/2005, 4200 BLK Wilson Blvd., Between 220 hours on December 12th and 0945 hours on December 13th, an unknown subject(s) gained entry into the cellular phone Kiosk. The subject(s) broke open four (4) locked cabinets drawers and stole several phones.
ARSON, 12/13/2005, 200 BLK N. Piedmont Street, On December 13th at about 0257 hours, the victim was assaulted by a friend. The victim asked the suspect to leave the apartment and a fight broke out. The suspect grabbed a hammer and threatened to kill the victim. The victim decided to run out of the apartment. The police attempted to speak with the suspect, but the suspect began to break out windows and eventually set the apartment on fire. Entry was made and the suspect was taken into custody. Arrested was a Dominic Kiser, B/M, 27 YOA, no fix address. Warrants were obtained for setting an occupied dwelling on fire (arson), attempt malicious wounding, assault and destruction of property. Kiser was held without bond.
ARMED ROBBERY, 12/12/2005, 5100 BLK S. 8th Road, On December 12th at approximately 2323 hours, the victim was approached by two suspects in the parking lot. One of the suspects demanded money and produced a handgun. The victim explained he had no money. The suspect, with the gun, then hit the victim in the head several times with the gun. The suspects fled on foot. Suspect #1 is described as an H/M, about 5’8, approximately 190 lbs, black hair and LSW a long black jacket, black knit hat and black gloves. Suspect #2 is described as an H/M, about 5’5 and 130 lbs, with black hair. LSW a long black jacket and black knit hat.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 12/12/2005, 1600 BLK S. Joyce Street, Between 1700 hours on December 10th and 0730 hours on December 12th, an unknown subject(s) entered a local dry cleaner. The victim called police after noticing the front door unlocked, and an undisclosed amount of cash missing from the cash register. Several packages were also missing.
ARMED ROBBERY, 12/11/2005, 800 BLK S. Frederick Street, On December 11th at about 2309 hours, a male victim was robbed by 3 males. The victim had just parked his car and was walking to his apartment when three males approached him and robbed him of his wallet. One of the suspects had what is believed to be a handgun. The victim said he felt something “cold” on his neck. Suspect #1 is described as a B/M between 17-23 YOA, around 6’0 and about 180 lbs. LSW a blue or black jacket, camouflage pants and a black ski mask with gloves. Suspect #2 is described as a possible H/M, LSW a black jacket, black ski mask and gloves. Suspect #3 is described as a possible H/M wearing a dark jacket, ski mask and gloves. All three suspects may have fled in a black 4door vehicle.
ATTEMPT RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 12/11/2005, 5900 BLK N. 9th Street, On December 11th between 0810 hours and 1215 hours, an unknown subject(s) attempted to gain entry into the house by prying the front door. Entry was not gain. Pry marks and wood shavings were found near the door.
ATTEMPT RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 12/11/2005, 1200 BLK S. Barton Street, Between 1800 hours on December 10th and 1106 hours on December 11th, an unknown subject(s) attempted to gain entry into the apartment by prying open the door. Pry marks were found. Entry was not gained.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 12/11/2005, 3100 BLK Clarendon Blvd., On December 11th at approximately 0024 hours, a male victim was at a local bar when he was assaulted by a female. The victim was returning from the rest room when he attempted to get past a group. The victim said “excuse me “. The female suspect got into an argument with the victim and smashed her glass into his face causing a cut. Medics recommended that the victim get stitches. Arrested was a Danielle L. Hatchell, W/F, 30 YOA, resides at 5769 Lakeside Crossing, Dublin, OH. Hatchell was release on a $10,000 secured bond.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 12/8/2005, Unit blk S. Aberdeen Street, Between 1700 hours on December 7th and 0745 hours on December 8th, an unknown subject(s) broke into a residence being remodeled and stole construction equipment.
ATTEMPT COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 12/8/2005, 6000 blk Wilson Blvd., Between 1900 hours on December 7th and 0730 hours on December 8th, an unknown subject(s) managed to break out the glass and bend the metal to the west/south door. Entry was not gained.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 12/8/2005, 2600 blk S. Jefferson Hwy., On December 8th between 1800- 1900 hours, an unknown subject(s) broke the latch pin to the door of suite #1111. Nothing was reported taken.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING/ATTEMPT ROBBERY, 12/7/2005, 2900 blk S. Glebe Road, On December 7th at about 1740 hours, a male victim was walking to his residence when he was approached by a male. The male demanded money from the victim. When the victim stated he didn’t have any money, the suspect stabbed the victim in the stomach area. The victim was taken to a local hospital fro treatment. The suspect is described as a H/M in his 30’s,about 5’9, 175 lbs, light complexion, LSW a black stocking hat, pink coat with black shoulders and black pants.
BANK ROBBERY, 12/7/2005, 1900 blk N. Fort Myer Drive, On December 7th at about 1418 hours, two (2) unknown males entered a local bank, brandished firearms, struck one of the employees, and took an undisclosed amount of cash. The bank employees were placed in the bank vault before the suspect fled. The suspects may have left in a white van. Suspect #1 is described as a B/M, about 6’0, about 200 lbs, dark complexion, LSW a red and yellow t-shirt, ski mask and black gloves. Suspect #2 is described as a B/M, about 5’8, 130 lbs, medium complexion, LSW a red and yellow t-shirt, ski mask and black gloves.
EXPOSURE, 12/6/2005, 1100 BLK S. Hayes Street, On December 6th at about 2220 hours, a female employee at a local clothing store was assisting a male customer. The victim stated the suspect asked her to assist him with his pants and when she looked down, the suspect had his penis hanging out of his pants. The suspect is described as a B/M between 25-30 YOA, about 5’11 and about 175 lbs. He was LSW a dark jacket with patches and a cast on his arm.
ROBBERY BY FORCE, 12/5/2005, 2700 BLK N. Pershing Drive, On December 5th at about 2059, the victim reported that he had been robbed by two (2) males. The victim believed he was unconscious for some time but not sure how long. The victim stated that two (2) males entered the gas station and asked him where the money was. When the victim did not answer, the suspects began to beat him. The victim suffered injuries to his face and was taken to a local hospital. The suspects were able to take the cash registered which contained an undisclosed amount of cash. Both suspects are described as B/M’s between 20-30 YOA, 6’0, and wearing black jackets and pants.
ROBBERY BY FORCE, 12/5/2005, 2400 BLK S. Shirlington Road, On December 2nd at approximately 2200 hours, a male victim picked up a female for the purposes of sex. Before engaging in sex, the female asked for $20 to buy cocaine. The female got out of the victim’s car and went around the corner. She returned with another male, who got in the back seat. The male suspect pressed a hard, cold object up to the victim’s head and demanded the victim’s wallet. The suspect obtained the PIN number to the victim’s credit card and withdrew an undisclosed amount of cash. The male suspect is described as a B/M, 5’7, about 190 lbs, LSW a dark hooded sweatshirt and black pants. The female is described as a B/F, 5’6, about 250 lbs, 25-30 YOA, light skin with shoulder length, black hair.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 12/5/2005, 1700 BLK Wilson Blvd., Between 1800 hours on December 3rd and 0825 hours on December 5th, an unknown subject(s) pried the rear door of a local stop but did not gain entry.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 12/5/2005, 1900 BLK Wilson Blvd., On December 5th between 0100 hours and 0950 hours, an unknown subject(s) entered a local video store by breaking the front door’s glass. Several DVD’s may have been taken.
ATTEMPT MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 12/4/2005, 600 BLK S. Army Navy Drive, On November 29 at approximately 1830 hours, the victim was walking when he was approached by an unknown subject(s) in a car. The victim heard what he referred to as a C0-2 cartridge gun sound. The victim said he heard two shots. The two shot apparently hit the grocery bags he was carrying. The victim was not able to see the suspect(s). The suspect vehicle is described as an Acura Integra, 2 door and dark green with an unknown VA registration.
ASSAULT BY MOB, 12/4/2005, 5500 BLK Columbia Pike, On December 4th at about 0043 hours, five (5) subjects were approached by twenty five (25) subjects claiming to be MS-13 gang members. The victims claim the gang members were trying to pick a fight with them for unknown reasons. The gang members tried to assault the victims with baseball bats and their fist. Only one victim suffered any visible injuries. The victims all fled the area and later came back to find that one of their cars had been damaged by the suspects.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, 12/3/2005, 700 -800 BLKS. Walter Reed Drive, On December 3rd at approximately 2002 hours, several vehicles were damaged when a group of males were seen walking along Walter Reed Drive and kicking cars. Several cars had their passenger mirrors broken off. The suspects were described as W/M’s.
ASSAULT BY MOB, 12/3/2005, 3500 BLK S. 2nd Street, On December 3rd at approximately 1815 hours, a male victim was waiting to be picked up by his father when he was approached by a group of four (4) males who walked up to him and his friend. The victim was struck in the face and suffered a swollen eye.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 12/3/2005, 2300 BLK N. Trenton Street, Between June 15th and November 17th, and unknown individual(s) kicked in the side garage door and gained entry into the house. Taken was a sterling silver set.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 12/3/2005, 4700 BLK S. King Street, Between 2000 hours on December 2nd and 100 hours on December 3rd, and unknown subject(s) broke into a local garage and took an air compressor. The suspect(s) pried the pad lock off the door.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 12/1/2005, 3500 BLK Four Mile Run Drive, Between 2000 hours on November 28th and 1830 hours on November 30th, an unknown subject(s) entered the residence through an unlocked door and took movies and game videos. As taken was a PlayStation.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 12/1/2005, 2000 BLK S. Crystal Drive, Between 1030 hours on November 28th and 0815 hours on December 1st, an unknown subject(s) gained entry into a local carwash. Entry was gained by removing the lock and chain to a gate. Stolen was various electronic equipment.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 12/1/2005, 6000 BLK Wilson Blvd., Between 1900 hours on November 30th and 0615 hours on December 1st, an unknown individual(s) smashed out the glass door to a local cleaners. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken from the cash register.
ATTEMPT RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 11/30/2005, 2000 BLK S. Eads St., On November 30th between 0810 hours and 2200 hours, an unknown subject(s) attempted to enter the apartment by kicking in the front door. The door was found partially kicked in at the bottom. No entry was gained and nothing reported missing.
RECEIVING STOLEN GOODS, 11/29/2005, 1100 BLK S. Joyce Street, On November 29 at about 1952 hours, Cpl. Kim was issuing a parking ticket to a vehicle parked in a no parking zone. The driver of the vehicle came out of a store and left after Cpl. Kim handed him the ticket. At that time a store employee informed Cpl. Kim that the driver had attempted to steal item(s) from his store. Cpl. Kim was able to conduct a traffic stop and locate stolen merchandise in the vehicle. The recovered merchandise belonged to a different store. Arrested was a Nasir Abdus Samad, 58 YOA, residing at 3608 18th Street NE. Washington, DC. Samad was charged with habitual petit larceny.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 11/28/2005, 4200 BLK Wilson Blvd., Between 1900 hours on November 27th and 1030 hours on November 28th, an unknown subject(s) cut the tarp that covers the kiosk and took a display case of jewelry.
ATTEMPT COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 11/28/2005, 2400 BLK Army Navy Drive, Between 0900 hours on November 26th and 0845 hours on November 28th, an unknown subject(s) attempted to pry open two locked stairwell doors.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 11/24/2005, 700 BLK N. Wayne Street, On November 24th at about 0336 hours, Corporal Ashe noticed the front door to the club house propped open. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that 4 individuals were in the process of stealing computer and audio equipment. Arrestee # 1 was ID as Tulgaa Nyamsaikan, A/M, 18 YOA, resides at 3110 Mount Vernon Ave., Alexandria, VA. Arrestee # 2 was ID as Badral Jargal, A/M, 19 YOA, resides at 1111 Arlington Blvd., Arlington, VA. The other 2 suspects arrested were juveniles. Both adults were charged with burglary and attempt grand larceny. The juveniles were transported to the Alexandria Juvenile Facility.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 11/27/2005, 4200 BLK Wilson Blvd., Between 2200 hours on November 26th and 1150 hours on November 27th, an unknown subject(s) was able to take several calendars from a kiosk by lefting the cover.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 11/26/2005, 5000 BLK S. 9th Street, On November 26 at about 1515 hours, the victim was assaulted with brass knuckles after an argument with another driver. The victim suffered a broken nose and bruises to his face. The suspect is described as a B/M in his 30’s. 5’11, 200 lbs. LSW a dark shirt and jeans.
ABDUCTION, 11/25/2005, 2000 BLK S. Walter Reed Drive, Between 1630 hours and 1715 hours, a male victim was abducted and assaulted by 2 males. The victim stated one of the suspects owed him some money. When he asked for the money, the suspects asked him to go with them to get the money. The victim got into a van with the suspects and went to the park located at the above location. One of the suspects brandished a knife and told the victim “this is when you die.” The suspects ordered the victim back into the van and they drove him to a local park where he was assaulted with his own belt. The victim sustained 2 lacerations to his face and head. Suspect # was ID as “Jose”, about 28 YOA, 5’6, 130 lbs, black hair and light complexion, LSW a blue sweater with a white stripe and blue pants. Suspect #2 is ID as Oscar Garcia-Marquin, 33 YOA, 5’4, and 160 lbs, black and grey hair.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 11/25/2005, 2800 BLK S. Crystal Drive, On November 25 at about 0205 hours, the security guard heard a loud noise. The security guard noticed a male inside a local restaurant holding the cash register. The suspect managed to escape with an undisclosed amount of cash. Entry was gained by smashing the glass window to the 27th street door. The suspect is described as a B/M in his 20’s, about 5’7, and about 140 lbs. LSW a black scull cap, black jacket and light pants.
PEEPING TOM, 11/24/2005, 4200 BLK Wilson Blvd., On November 24 at about 2049 hours, a male entered the women’s bathroom at a local restaurant and looked under the stall that the victim was in. The subject than ran out and was chased by the manager. The suspect was ID as Vladimir Marroquin Rivera, 24 YOA, resides at 4104 N. 3rd Road # 4 Arlington, VA. Rivera was charged with peeping and released on a summons.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 11/24/2005, 4300 BLK N. 4th Street, On November 24 at about 2125 hours, the police responded for 2 individuals who had been cut. One subject was cut in the neck and the other had a cut to his arm. None of the injuries was life threatening. It appears an argument may have taken place; however, the victim’s were intoxicated and very uncooperative.
ATTEMPT ROBBERY, 11/24/2005, 4900 BLK Columbia Pike, On November 23 at approximately 2358 hours, a male victim was exiting the elevator on the 4th floor of his apartment building, when he was approached by an unknown male with a wooden baseball bat. The suspect struck the victim in the head with the bat and demanded the victim’s wallet. The victim ran and was struck again in the head. The victim managed to get away without anything being taken from him. The victim was taken to a local hospital and treated. The suspect is described as an H/M about 30 YOA, about 5’6, clean shaven and medium complexion. LSW a black long sleeve shirt and white pants.
ATTEMPT RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 11/22/2005, 1200 BLK N. Quinn Street, Between the hours of 0825 and 1520 on November 22nd, an unknown individual(s) attempted to break into the victim’s apartment by prying off the door knob and lock. Entry was not gained and nothing reported missing.
BURGLARY, 11/22/2005, 1300 BLK S. Quincy Street, Between 2230 hours on November 21st and 0700 hours on November 22nd, an unknown subject(s) managed to break into a local elementary school by smashing out a second floor window. This may have been aided by the suspect(s) gaining access to the roof. Several computers were reported stolen.
ROBBERY, 11/22/2005, 5100 BLK Wilson Blvd., On November 22 at about 0135 hours, a male entered a local convenience store and approached the counter. The male had the hood of his jacket pulled over his head. He displayed a knife and demanded the money from the register. The clerk told him he could not open the register. The male then put the knife away and took the plastic container with an undisclosed amount of change. Suspect fled on foot. The suspect is described as a W/M, about 6’0- 6’2, LSW a grey jacket.
ROBBERY BY FORCE, 11/22/2005, 4900 BLK Columbia Pike, On November 21st at approximately 1625 hours, the victim was robbed and assaulted by an unknown male. The victim was robbed of his wallet. The victim suffered a black eye and a possible broken nose. The suspect is described as a "tall" B/M.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 11/21/2005, 2000 BLK N. 15th Street, Between 1430 hours on November 18th and 0530 hours on November 21st, an unknown subject(s) entered two utility rooms, located in the basement and took various tools. Entry was gained by cutting the chain to the doors.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 11/19/2005, 1700 BLK N. Troy Street, On November 19 at about 2342 hours, the victim was assaulted after denying access to a large group of strangers. The victim received a deep laceration to his head from a bottle. He was treated at a local hospital. Only one suspect could be described. Suspect is described as an H/m about 5’10, approximately 220 lbs, bro hair, light complexion, LSW a white suit with blue vest. No jacket.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 11/19/2005, 4400 BLK N. Pershing Drive, Between November 4 and November 17, an unknown subject(s) entered the residence and removed several items of value. No signs of forced entry found.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 11/19/2005, 2900 BLK Columbia Pike, On November 19 at about 1942 hours, a verbal altercation between 3-4 males and the suspect occurred. The suspect stated he was attacked by 2 of the males and knocked to the ground. The suspect picked up his knife from the ground and cut one of the males in the arm.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 11/19/2005, 1500 BLK S. Fern Street, On November 18 between 1200 and 2200 hours, an unknown subject(s) entered the apartment and stole perishable foods. Some US mail was also missing. No signs of forced entry found.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 11/18/2005, 4900 BLK N. Rock Spring Rd., On November 18 between 1245 and 1445 hours, an unknown subject(s) entered the residence and took an undisclosed amount of silver ware. Entry may have been gained through an unlock sliding glass door. The doors to the back and side deck were found open.
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 11/18/2005, 4400 BLK S. Four Mile Run Drive, A juvenile victim reports that between September 15 and November 4, while walking from the school bus to her home, she has observed a male masturbating in his car. The suspect is described as an H/M, 35 YOA, approximately 5’5, heavy set and black hair. The suspect vehicle is described as an older 4 door red car.
ABDUCTION, 11/17/2005, 3500 BLK Four Mile Run Drive, On November 17 at 1200 hours, the victim skipped school and went out with some friends. Later she alleges she was abducted by several 18 Street gang members. The victim stated they took her to an unknown location and kept her there against her wishes. Eventually she was able to escape.
RESIDENTIAL BURGALRY, 11/17/2005, 1100 BLK N. Kensington Street, On November 17 between 0755 hours and 1630 hours, an unknown subject(s) entered the apartment and took a Sony Playstation, some games and an undisclosed amount of cash. No signs of forced entry found.

The victim stated that the person, who stabbed him, has had problems in the past with him. TAC Units located the suspect vehicle and identified the suspect.
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 11/15/2005, 900 BLK S. Jefferson Street, On November 15 at approximately 1131 hours, the victim was walking when she noticed a male inside a car masturbating. The male suspect was identified but the victim did not want to prosecute.
ROBBERY, 11/15/2005, 1300 S. Columbus Street, A female victim was walking home when she was approached from the rear by a male and female. Both subjects grabbed her and covered her mouth and threw her to the ground. Both suspects grabbed her cell phone and purse. The suspect then fled on foot and got into a gray vehicle. Suspect #1 is described as a B/M, 5’7, heavy build, LSW dark clothing. Suspect #2 B/F, 5’4, heavy build, black braided hair, LSW a black shirt, and gray pants.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 11/13/2005, 3100 BLK N. Quincy Street, Between 1700 hours on November 12th and 1314 hours on November 13th, an unknown subject(s) entered the residence by breaking out the glass panels to the garage area. Nothing was reported taken.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 11/13/2005, 800 BLK S. Greenbrier Street, On November 13th at approximately 2029 hours, the victim got into a verbal disagreement with a male. The male suspect left and returned with another male and confronted the victim. The victim was stabbed in the stomach by the suspect. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The suspect was found a short time later and arrested. Arrested was a Mr. Goitom T. Habtemariam, of, Arlington, VA. Habtemariam was charged with malicious wounding.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 11/12/2005, 4200 BLK S.31st Street, Between 2330 hours on November 11th and 0330 hours on November 12th, an unknown subject(s) entered the apartment and stole an undisclosed amount of cash. Entry may have been gained by way of the front door. Some damage was found to the door.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 11/12/2005, 2400 BLK N. Clarendon Blvd., Between November 5th and November 12, an unknown subject(s) took a black leather recliner from the storage unit. Entry was gained by tampering with the lock.
BANK ROBBERY, 11/12/2005, 5300 BLK Lee Hwy., On November 12th at approximately 1121 hours, a female entered a local bank and handed the teller a note. An undisclosed of cash was given to the suspect. As the suspect fled, an alert citizen called the police. The police were able to locate the suspect and take her into custody w/o incident. Susan Hooban, of Arlington, VA, was charged with robbery and held w/o bond.
ROBBERY, 11/11/2005, 1400 BLK N. Lee Hwy., On November 11th at 1727 hours, a male victim was robbed by another male of an undisclosed amount of cash. The victim and the suspect know each other. Both are homeless and frequent the Rosslyn area. The suspect is known as “Ron”, a B/M, 5’9, 160 lbs, black hair and LSW a green hat, black jacket and black pants.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 11/11/2005, 800 BLK S. Greenbrier Street, Between November 3rd and November 11th, an unknown subject(s) broke into the victim’s storage locker and took a Persian carpet. It appeared the door lock had been cut.

Pershing Drive, Between November 10th at about 2000 hours and November 11th at approximately 0732 hours, an unknown subject(s) smashed out the front glass door to a local store. Once inside, the subject(s) was able to find and take an undisclosed amount of cash.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 11/11/2005, 1200 BLK S. Joyce Street, On November 11th at 1330 hours, an employee at a local restaurant observed two males in a near by office. She believed they were there for a delivery. She observed the two ran out of the restaurant and she alerted the owner. An undisclosed amount of cash was found to be missing from a safe. The suspects were only described as being approximately 5’, LSW dark blue jumpsuits and ball caps.
ARMED ROBBERY, 11/11/2005, 400 BLK N. Thomas Street, On November 11th at about 0050 hours, a male had just parked his car, when he was approached by two males. On of the suspects pointed a handgun at him and demanded his wallet. The victim told them he did not have a wallet. Instead the victim gave them his car keys and cell phone. The suspects took the victim’s car. Suspect #1 is described as a B/M, mid 20’s, 6’, medium build, LSW a black cap, bulky black jacket and black pants and armed with the handgun. Suspect #2 is described as a B/M, 6’, medium build, LSW wearing all dark clothing. The victim’s vehicle (Mits Lancer) is listed below as stolen.
ROBBERY, 11/10/2005, 2800 BLK S. 9th Street, On November 10th at approximately 1930 hours, a female victim was walking to her residence when she noticed a male following her. As she kept an eye on him, the suspect tackled the victim to the ground. The suspect managed to take the victim’s purse which contained an undisclosed amount of cash and miscellaneous items. The suspect was described as a B/M in his 20’s, 5’7-5’8, 160-200 lbs. brown hair, medium complexion, LSW a black hoody, jeans and Timberland boots.

One of the subjects struck the victim in the head with a club. The victim fell to the ground and the subject demanded money. The second suspect pulled out a razor and cut the victim in the forearm. Both subjects reached into the victim’s pocket and took an undisclosed amount of cash. Both suspects are described as W/M’s in their 30’s. 6’0, with multi colored hair, LSW dark trench coats.

The victim was also kicked in the head. The suspect is described as a B/M, 5’8, 150 lbs, black hair, and dark complexion. The suspect was with another subject and is described as a B/F, about 200 lbs, black hair, light complexion.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 10/31/2005, 300 BLK N. George Mason Drive, On October 31 at about 1530 hours, the victim was hit in the head with a chair by a room mate. The victim stated that the room mate was acting “crazy” and talking to himself. The suspect picked up a chair and struck the victim. The suspect was ID as Victor M. Tomas-Villagrez, of 328 N. George Mason Drive # 2, Arlington, VA. A warrant for malicious wounding was obtained for the suspect. Suspect not in custody.
ARMED ROBBERY, 10/31/2005, 900 BLK S. George Mason Drive, On October 31, 2005 at approximately 0835 hours, a male entered a local grocery store and robbed the store of an undisclosed amount of cash. The male suspect did not act alone. There were possibly 2 others with him. As the suspects fled the scene, Officer Queen observed the suspect vehicle and stopped it. One suspect fled on foot and managed to escape. The other two males were arrested and charged with robbery. Arrestee #1 was ID as Lawrence D. Lewis, B/M, 33 YOA, of 4437 23rd Street #602, Temple Hills, MD. Arrestee # 2 was ID as Tauron D. Ferrell, B/M, 22 YOA, of 2313 Hartford Street SE., Washington, DC.
BREAKING AND ENTERING, 10/27/2005, 4400 BLK N. Henderson Road, On October 27 at about 1925 hours, a female victim had just let her boyfriend and a friend into her apartment. As she was closing the door, her ex-boyfriend attempted to prevent her from closing the door and forced his way in. The victim was knocked to the ground. The boyfriend and friend were able to get the ex-boyfriend out. The suspect was ID as Jose Isaquirre, 32 YOA of Arlington, VA.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING/ATTEMPT ROBBERY, 10/27/2005, 4200 BLK N. Fairfax Drive, On October 27 at approximately 1941 hours, a male victim and a male suspect got into an argument. The suspect knocked the victim to the ground and began kicking him. A second male came over and began to go through the victim’s pockets. Nothing was reported stolen. The victim was taken to a local hospital for lacerations to his face. Suspect # 1 is described as a B/M, 6’2, short black hair, dark complexion, LSW a long dark coat, yellow jersey. Suspect # 2 is described as a B/M, 6’3, black hair, dark complexion, LSW dark sunglasses, and dark long coat.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 10/26/2005, 1900 BLK N. Dinwiddie Street, Between September 15th and October 26, an unknown subject(s) forced their way into a County Park shed. The slide bolt and the lock were found to be missing. No items were reported stolen. In September, the same shed was broken into and a boom box was stolen.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 10/23/2005, 1200 BLK S. Edgewood Street, Between October 22 at 1330 hours and October 23 at 0130 hours, an unknown subject(s) broke into the apartment, possibly by way of the front door. Several items were ransacked but nothing reported stolen.
PEEPING TOM, 10/23/2005, 300 BLK N. Barton Street, On October 22 at about 2348 hours, the homeowner observed the ex-husband of her sister walking towards the house. She lost sight of him but later saw him in some bushes, looking into her bedroom window. The victim called911 and the subject left. A warrant for the suspect was obtained. Wanted is a Mr. Emilio Rodriguez Vasquez. Warrant was obtained for peeping.
ROBBERY, 10/22/2005, 2500 BLK Columbia Pike, On October 22 at approximately 0757 hours, an unknown male, wearing a mask, entered the K-1 Dairy Store and stated “I need some money.” The suspect went behind the counter and took the victim’s purse. The purse contained an undisclosed amount of cash and miscellaneous items. The suspect was described as a B/M, 5’8, 200 lbs, LSW a black jacket, black mask, and gloves.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 10/22/2005, 1300 BLK S. Glebe Road, On October 22 at about 0317 hours, the homeowner woke up and heard someone snoring in the downstairs. A male was found to be passed out on the couch. The male suspect was not known to the homeowner. Entry may have been gained through an unlocked door. Arrested was a Mr. Christopher M. Vogler, 22 YOA, of Phoenix, MD. Vogler was charged with unlawful entry and drunk in public.

The victim stated the subject left and she called the police. The suspect is described as a dark skinned male with salt pepper hair.5’10, heavy set, LSW a navy cotton zip up jacket over a dark shirt and blue jeans.

ARMED ROBBERY, 10/18/2005, 2700 BLK N. Washington Blvd., On October 18th at about 0922 hours, a female worker, entering a local check cashing store, was getting ready to enter the store, when a male came up to her and asked if he could come into the store. The clerk said “no.” The subject then placed a gun to her head and forced his way in. Money was demanded and an undisclosed amount of cash was taken. The victim was also sexually assaulted. Suspect # 1 is described as an H/M in his 40’s. 5’5, 200 lbs, black hair and dark complexion. Suspect #2 is described as an H/M, 35 YOA, 5’0, 180 lbs, black hair and medium complexion.

Florida Street, On October 17th at approximately 2015 hours, a male victim was walking through the parking lot, when a van approached him and two males exited the van and robbed him at gun point. The victim stated the suspects had him pull out his pockets. A wallet, with an undisclosed amount of cash, along with miscellaneous items was taken. Suspect #1 was described as an H/M 20’s, 5’5 130 lbs, black hair, LSW a black t-shirt, black jeans. Suspect #2 was described as an H/M 20’s, 5’5, 130 lbs, black hair, LSW a dark shirt and dark pants.
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 10/13/2005, 800 BLK S. Walter Reed Drive, On October 13th at about 1255 hours, a citizen at the library observed a male masturbating near some books. When the male saw the citizen, he attempted to cover up. The citizen notified the library manager and the police responded. The suspect was located and he admitted to the act. Arrested was a Mr. Bruce E. Dobyns, 52 YOA, of Arlington, VA. Dobyns was charged with actual or simulated masturbation.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 10/13/2005, 1700 BLK Army Navy Drive, On October 13th between 0755 and 1850 hours, an unknown subject(s) entered the residence and broke into a bedroom closet. Taken from the closet were tow (2) handguns and ammunition. Also taken was a cell phone. No signs of forced entry, into the residence, were found. Three (3) young males were seen running from the residence. All three were wearing black jackets that came down to their knees.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 10/13/2005, 3200 BLK Wilson Blvd., On October 13th between 0000 and 0745 hours, a male subject entered two (2) adjacent businesses. The suspect was found naked sleeping on a sofa by an employee. Several items were found to have been ransacked. The point of entry is believed to be the front door, which was found ajar. Arrested was a Mr. Christopher M. Hernandez, 21 YOA, of Alexandria, VA. Hernandez was charged with 2 counts of burglary and held on a $5000 bond.
LARCENY FROM BUILDING, 10/12/2005, 2800 BLK Washington Blvd., Between October 3rd and October 11th, several purses and computer equipment has been stolen from the office building.
ROBBERY, 10/12/2005, 2100 BLK S. Jefferson Davis Hwy., On October 12th at about 2232 hours, a female victim was sitting on a bench in the underground shopping area, when two (2) subjects approached her and snatched her purse. Suspect #1 was described as a B/M, 20-24 YOA, 5’5, 200-210 lbs, black hair and dark complexion. LSW a dark oversized jacket, and dark baggy jeans. Suspect # 2 was described as a B/M, 18 YOA, 5’10, 145 lbs, black hair and medium complexion.
ROBBERY, 10/12/2005, 3200 BLK S. Glebe Road, On October 12th at about 1730 hours, a male victim was walking on the bike trial, when he noticed three (3) subjects standing just off the bike trial smoking cigarettes. After the victim past them, he was struck in his face by one of the subjects. The victim was knocked to the ground and an undisclosed amount of cash was taken as well as his watch. Subject # 1 is a B/M, 22 YOA, 5’9, 120 lbs, black hair with braids, light complexion, LSW short sleeve, blue green shirt. Subject #2 is a B/M, 6’2, thin build, dark complexion, LSW white sneakers. Subject #3 H/M, 5’7, 120 lbs, light complexion, possibly known as “Chino”.
ATTEMPT RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 10/12/2005, 3400 BLK N. Pershing Drive, On October 12th at approximately 1755 hours, the homeowner observed a male enter his garage. The homeowner went into the garage and confronted the male suspect. After a brief exchange of words, the suspect left. The homeowner followed the suspect. The suspect told the homeowner to stop following him. The suspect is described as a B/M, 35 YOA, 5’6, 150 lbs, LSW light grey sweat shirt, dark grey sweat pants.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 10/12/2005, 600 BLK S. Taylor Street, On October 12th, the victim discovered that some electronic equipment along with some of his personal checks was stolen from his house. The victim later learned that one of his checks had been cashed at a local bank. A suspect has been identified, but no warrants at this time.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 10/12/2005, 1800 BLK N. Moore Street, On October 12th at about 0335 hours, the police were dispatched to a local restaurant reference to an alarm. A door was found open and K-9 was called. A male was located inside the establishment and taken into custody. The suspect was identified as Samuel Tucker B/M, 41 YOA, and no fixed address. Tucker was charged with unlawful entry and held on a $3,500 bond.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, 10/12/2005, 2600 BLK S. Barton Street, Between October 7th and October 8th at about 0800 hours, 23 vehicles were spray painted. The vehicles were spray painted in various parts of the cars.

An undisclosed amount of cash was found to have been taken. A broken window was also found and believed to be the point of entry.

The suspect # 1 was described as an H/M in his 20’s, 6’0 180 lbs, black hair, dark complexion and mustache. LSW a black long sleeve shirt and blue jeans. Suspect #2 was described as an H/M in his 20’s 5’0 200 lbs, bald and medium complexion. LSW a black long sleeve shirt with yellow stripes and blue jeans.

PEEPING TOM, 10/9/2005, 4300 BLK N. Pershing Drive, On October 9 at approximately 0048 hours, the victim went to the bathroom when he saw someone looking through the bathroom window. The victim told his roommates and they went outside and located the subject. The subject was held police arrived. Arrested was a Carlos Alfaro Callejas, 25 YOA, of Arlington, VA. Callejas was held without bond.
RESIDENTIAL BURGALRY, 10/8/2005, 1600 BLK N. Oak Street, Between September 18 and October 5, an unknown subject(s) entered the victim’s apartment, possibly with a key, and stole a piece of jewelry. Some personal items were also disturbed.
EXPOSURE, 10/8/2005, 1200 BLK N. Lee Hwy., A homeless female was sleeping at a local park, when an unknown male woke her up. The male asked her if she wanted to have sex and she replied "no." The subject proceeded to expose himself anyway. The suspect was described as a B/M 5’6 160 lbs, LSW a dark t-shirt, and blue jeans.
ATTEMPT ARMED ROBBERY, 10/7/2005, 600 BLK S. Carlin Springs Road, On October 7th at about 0407 hours, a male victim was walking when he was approached from behind by another male. The suspect told the victim to turn around and when he did, the suspect produced a handgun and demanded his money. The victim said he had no money and the suspect left. Suspect is described as an H/M 5’5 140 lbs, LSW a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE, 10/6/2005, 1800 BLK S. Eads Street, On October 6th at about 1946 hours, a citizen call and advised that a device that appeared to be a hand grenade was in the crosswalk at the intersection of S.18th Street and S. Eads Street. The FD bomb squad responded and rendered the device safe and will be further analyzed.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 10/6/2005, 700 BLK S.15th Street, On October 6th between 0900 -1800 hours, an unknown individual(s) entered the residence through the front window, which was found open and the screen removed. An undisclosed amount of cash, jewelry and a CD player were taken.
PEEPING INTO AN OCCUPIED DEWLLING, 10/6/2005, 1100 BLK N. Stuart Street, On October 10th at approximately 0230 hours, a male is believed to have been looking into the victim’s apartment watching her sleeping on the couch. The victim was awoken by a male voice making a sexual comment. The victim was unable to describe the suspect, except that he had a heavy Hispanic accent.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 10/5/2005, 1200 BLK N. Wayne Street, The victim stated that on October 4th between 0800 – 2300 hours, an unknown subject(s) entered the apartment and left a photograph in the bathroom. The photo was of the previous apartment owner. The signs of forced entry found.
ATTEMPT MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 10/5/2005, 4800 BLK S. 7th Street, On October 5th at approximately 1735 hours, a female was jogging on the Four Mile Run bike path, when she noticed a male walking in the opposite direction with two (2) sticks in his hands. As the victim was about to pass the male, the male struck the victim with the stick in the right shoulder. After striking the victim, the male grabbed the victim by the upper arms and tossed her to the ground. Minutes later the subject was located and arrested. Arrested was a Jose Fernando Umana, 24 YOA. of Arlington, VA. Umana was charged with attempt malicious wounding and held on no bond.
ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 10/4/2005, 2600 blk S. Ives St., At approximately 0203hrs, a resident was awakened by an unknown man attempting to enter through a back door. The suspect fled when the resident confronted him. The suspect did not gain entry to the residence.
POLICE PURSUIT/VEHICLE COLLISION, 10/4/2005, 1200 blk I-66, At approximately 1853hrs, ACPD officers responded to a request for assistance from U.S. Park Police officers who were pursuing a vehicle westbound on I-66 from Rt. 110. The suspect attempted to run two USPP officers off the road after refusing to comply with a traffic stop. The suspect and USPP officers continued westbound on I-66 to the Sycamore St. exit. The suspect then lost control of his vehicle and ended up driving against the flow of traffic in the westbound lanes. Just before the Glebe Rd. exit, the suspect vehicle struck four civilian vehicles who were otherwise not involved in the pursuit. The suspect and three others were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. The westbound lanes of I-66 were closed from the Roosevelt Bridge to Sycamore St. for approximately four hours. Charges are pending.
ARMED ROBBERY, 10/3/2005, 3800 blk N. 6th St., At approximately 2215hrs, two men were approached by a group of three unknown men in an alley. One of three men pointed a handgun at the victims and demanded money. When one victim refused, he was knocked to the ground and beaten by the two unarmed suspects. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash from the victims, then fled on foot.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 10/3/2005, 3400 BLK N. Wilson Blvd., Between September 30th at about 1700 hours and October 3rd at 0530 hours, an unknown subject(s) entered the construction site and stole various tools. The site had gates but they were not locked.
ATTEMPT RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, 10/2/2005, 2000 BLK S. Randolph Street, On October 1st, the victim discovered that her bedroom screen was open, but the window was locked. She also discovered that the sensor light had been moved as to not allow for motion to be detected. However it appeared that no one made it inside.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 10/2/2005, 4100 BLK N. 3rd Road, On October 2nd between 0030 and 0630 hours, the victim and suspect got into an argument over rent. The victim was assaulted and then assaulted again later by the same suspect. The victim was repeatedly punched in the face. The victim suffered a swollen eye and lost some teeth. Arrested was Hilareon Orellano-Garcia of Arlington, VA. Orellano-Garcia was charged with Malicious Wounding and held on no bond.
ROBBERY, 10/1/2005, 1000 BLK S. Columbus Street, The victim was robbed by 3 males known to him. The victim stated he was punched in the face and poked with a knife. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken. Suspect #1 was ID as Jose Francisco Pineda, 38 YOA, 5’5, 150 lbs. Suspect #2 was only ID as Joaquin, 35-40 YOA, 5’5 and suspect #3 H/M 35-40 YOA.
RAPE, 10/1/2005, 1700 BLK N. Rhodes Street, On October 1st at about 0515 hours, an unknown male entered the victim’s apartment. The victim was awakened by the suspect who was going through some files near the victim’s bed. The victim was eventually raped by the suspect. The suspect was described as an H/M in his 20’s. 5’7, 140 lbs, medium complexion. Last seen wearing blue jeans and a leather belt.
