2004/2005/2006 Scheduled Board Meetings/Minutes

A Board Packet is made available for review by Fairlington Green homeowners on the premises of Cardinal Management or electronically at the time that packets are provided to Board Members (usually 48 hours in advance of the meeting). If you would like to review a packet, please contact our Property Manager to determine availability before paying a personal visit. Be aware that packets may be edited to remove contractual issues under consideration and to protect the privacy of individual homeowners. At your request, Cardinal Management staff will make copies of the current packet for you, and you will be charged Cardinal Management's normal copy rates. Payment will be required at the time the materials are provided to you. Note that Board packets may be reviewed at the offices of Cardinal Management only, as Board members do not make their personal copies of the Board packets available to homeowners for review or for copying.
